במקור היא הייתה דירת שני חדרים מסכנה עם מרפסת מתפוררת, אבל הענקנו לה שדרוג ענק והוספנו לה עוד חדר שינה, ועליית גג. ועכשיו זאת דירה מפנקת של שלושה חדרים, עליית גג נעימה, ומרפסת ענקית של 40 מטר!
הפרויקט שלנו כיסה הכל, החל מחיפוש הנכס עד לתכנון, שיפוץ, עיצוב, וריהוט הנכס. כשפתחנו את הגג, גילינו שיש מספיק מקום להוסיף חצי חדר מרווח, וסגרנו חלל אחסון שהיה קיים, וככה הוספנו עוד חדר שינה לדירה. והפכנו אותה לדירת שלושה חדרים.
