We took on the challenge of blending an industrial vibe with a vintage touch, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! From tearing down walls to creating an open living space, we revamped almost everything in this apartment. New plumbing, electricity, floors, ceilings, air conditioners—you name it, we’ve upgraded it!

But the real magic happened in the details. We custom-built a kitchen and closet for the home office, painted existing closets white, and even added a sliding door to one of the bathrooms to maximize space . And let’s talk about style—vintage industrial all the way! We incorporated old wood elements, leather furniture, and unique vintage pieces. Plus, we got creative with wall paint, giving some walls a cool cement-like finish. Trust us, the final look is stunning!

With such a spacious apartment, lighting was key. We played with yellow and white lights to set the perfect ambiance.

And guess what? As soon as we posted the rental listing, everyone wanted to see it! Can you blame them? Who wouldn’t want to live in a place like this?
