What to do when you’re on a budget but want to maximize your apartment’s potential, especially its rental income? It’s simple! If the property is in good condition, all you need is a bit of Interior Design magic.

Meet Moreira, a cozy two-bedroom apartment where we got creative. We turned one bedroom into a stylish home office, complete with a sofa bed for guests. 

So, what’s the secret sauce here?

First, we fixed the damaged walls and ceilings, giving them a fresh coat of paint. Then, we improved the kitchen with sleek bronze panels and shiny new appliances. And that eye-catching kitchen island? We added wooden slats and painted them a vibrant blue. Stunning, right?

To beat the winter chill, we installed brand-new heaters and blinds. The specific furniture we chose added some personality, especially those pops of color.

Our favorite spot? The living room, without question! That dreamy pastel purple wall has us swooning—we wish we had one in our own living room.
