The project involved scouting for the right property, planning out every detail, renovating the space, designing its layout, and furnishing it to perfection.

We tore down walls in the common areas to open up the space, installed a brand-new kitchen, put in fresh flooring, upgraded to insulated windows for better efficiency, revamped the water lines, and overhauled the electrical system throughout the house.

Nowadays, this apartment operates as an Airbnb hotspot, always booked up with guests.
