Introducing Fontinha – originally a one-bedroom and living room setup, but we’ve given it a major upgrade to a two-bedroom, plus a living room, attic, and a whopping 40-meter balcony! It’s been quite the journey; we had tenants lining up before we even had all the finishing touches in place!
Our project was a comprehensive overhaul, covering everything from property scouting to planning, renovation, design, and furnishing. One of the coolest parts? When we opened up the ceiling, we discovered enough space to add a cozy little attic. And that’s not all – we also transformed what used to be a storage area into a sleek second bedroom.
But wait, there’s more! Let’s talk about the perks of having an attic and an extra room. An attic adds a touch of charm and can be a versatile space – perfect for a cozy reading nook, a play area for kids, or even extra storage. And that second bedroom? Well, it’s a game-changer for hosting guests or accommodating a growing family.
