Introducing Fontainhas, a roomy studio apartment right in the heart of Porto. This project involved finding the perfect spot, planning out the layout, designing the space, and furnishing it from scratch.
We asked ourselves: how can we make the most of this place and create distinct areas within it?
Our solution? We decided on having a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen, without everything feeling cramped together.
To achieve this, we put up a partition wall made of wooden strips. This not only defines the bedroom area but also keeps it nicely separated from the living room. We wanted something open and airy, nothing that would make the space feel cramped, and this did the trick perfectly!
With some new furniture and a fresh coat of paint on the walls, the apartment transformed into the cozy haven it is today.
