In addition to being a living space, the garage serves as a real meeting point for the international community gathered in Porto.
The space hosts workshops, culinary events, exhibitions featuring local artists, lectures, yoga sessions, and more, enriching the experiences of both the residents in the house and the neighborhood where the Communa Garage is located.
This 8-bedroom, industrial garage art house has colorful seating areas, a cool kitchen/bar, and a blooming patio!
Communa Garage has excellent wi-fi that serves the house’s residents by working remotely and it’s a convenient stopping place for digital nomads who stay in Porto for an interim period.
This project included locating the property, creative concept planning and implementation, renovation and design, operation management, and mid-term management.
