In this project, we handled every aspect from start to finish—purchasing, renovating, interior design, and property management. Here’s a breakdown of what we accomplished:

We reconfigured the apartment layout by removing walls between the kitchen and living room, creating a seamless open concept. A custom-made wooden piece subtly divides the kitchen from the living and dining areas.

The kitchen is a masterpiece of custom design and functionality.

The apartment features two offices, one of which doubles as a guest room.

With two bedrooms and a guest room, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 people—or 6 counting the sofa.

Our design theme incorporates pastel and calm colors, light wood elements, accent walls with shelves, and striking core accents. We carefully selected different lighting options to enhance various moods throughout the day.
