We removed the wall between the living room and kitchen and installed a wooden divider, enhancing the space and increasing natural light.

In addition, we completed custom carpentry in the kitchen, renovated the bathroom with a new shower, upgraded the electrical and plumbing systems, installed new windows and flooring, and added air conditioning.

The property received a new coat of paint in light, neutral colors to further brighten and refresh the space.
