An apartment we found, guided through purchase, renovated and designed for our clients – and we absolutely loved working on this project!

This is a two-bedroom apartment with living room, 75 square meters in size located in a central location in our favorite neighborhood – Bonfim just steps away from the Faculty of Arts and situated on the building’s top floor with excellent condition.

We performed a complete renovation including replacement of water and electrical infrastructure. We replaced the windows to the newest European standards, installed a new kitchen with custom carpentry, new bathroom and shower, new doors, interior design and complete furnishing!

We’re thrilled with the stunning transformation and also the client is absolutely delighted with their new home!
