A T2 apartment in good condition that we had to add our own touch – we took down the wall between the kitchen and the living room, creating an open, welcoming space that feels much bigger.

To still provide a bit of separation between the living room and kitchen, we asked our carpenter to create a custom piece that would blend into the space – one side holds the TV, and the other is a kitchen-facing bar with built-in shelves.

We painted the walls in soft pastel tones to elevate the space, added furniture to give it even more personality, and preserved the stunning original floor with a gentle polish.

 We located this apartment while we were in the middle of closing on another property, and it was snapped up before it ever hit the market – an amazing deal for our clients, and we’re thrilled with how it all turned out!
