Right from the start, we recognized the property’s high potential and adopted a targeted approach—not to replace everything, but to invest in areas that generate real value.

As part of the project:

• We preserved the original floors and doors to maintain the apartment’s unique vintage character
• We redesigned the layout to create an open-concept space, significantly increasing the sense of spaciousness without adding square footage
• We designed and installed a custom-built kitchen, which became a central and significant feature of the apartment
• We added an additional bathroom, a move that increases the property’s value in terms of both rent and market value
• We installed an air conditioning system, in line with current market demands and tenants’ expectations
• We provided full furnishing and high-end interior design, appealing to a high-quality target audience

The result is a stylish and functional apartment that was quickly rented for approximately €1,700 per month, with a net return of about 5% after expenses and taxes
